Highly skilled, and experienced agent. She was my agent for my last home purchase and her specific knowledge of a local builder came in handy and I got the best deal and incentives available. Also has a great network of support staff like a very thorough inspector, creative lenders, and trustworthy title company. Definitely reach out, she's very good at finding something you might not be able to. If she can't find it, it's not there.
